About

Fall for this quaint three bedroom house in the heart of historic downtown Saint Charles. The home is walking distance to the Main street shops and restaurants. With the Casino right around the corner and the river park a few steps away, it’s hard to get bored. The home has just been completely remodeled with modern appliances, while we were able to still keep that old town vibe. Pets are welcome for a small fee, no more that 3 pets per stay.

Good to know

This spacious home has everything. Our space has just gone through an extensive renovation that included granite countertops, sliding barn doors, and a vessel sink. All of these touches provide the luxuries of home while allowing you to embrace this historic neighborhood. The front yard is fully fenced in as well if you decide to bring your furry friend! We do charge a small fee of $50/per pet per stay for them.

Other Details to Note

Approximately 900 square feet of living space. Apple TV & fire TV is provided with access to a few apps and the ability to login to others if you have accounts. We welcome cats and dogs. We just ask that they be kept off the furniture. The great area for them to play. Please let us know upon booking, there will be a small $50 per pet per stay. No more than 3 pets per stay.

House rules

Please treat our home as if it were your own. No smoking of any kind, inside or out. No parties or gatherings of any kind at the home. Only those staying at the home can enter the home. The gravel drive in the rear of the home is your own private drive so feel free to park there. If you would like to use the laundry facilities, you can find these in the basement. Our home is close to so many great things to do in St. Charles, get out and enjoy them. If you decide to stay in, please be courteous to my neighbors and keep the volume down after 10 PM. If your pet is joining you, please keep them off the furniture as it is very difficult to clean the hair from the couch and bedding. Our standard check-out time is 10:00 AM, if additional time is needed please contact us for availability.

The shops and restaurants in the area have fully embraced the significance of the past and will give you a great glimpse into the historic significance of the area. Come take a look for yourself. There are tons of activities in the immediate area from great restaurants to history tours. Make sure to check out all that Main street has to offer.

Guest access

Both the front and back doors have key pads on them. The pin will be sent to you prior to your arrival around noon on the day of your check in.
