Pets welcome, fenced back yard for their enjoyment!

We only ask a few things of our guests, please take a minute to look over our rules. NO SMOKING: There is no smoking of any kind in the house. If you need to smoke, please step out back. There will be a $250.00 smoking fee charged if the house smells of smoke. Feel free to use the kitchen and the dishes that you need to make yourself feel at home, but please place the dirty dishes in the dishwasher and run it before you leave. Parking: Please use the garage for parking which can be accessed from Bainbridge street. Only one vehicle can be parked in front of the home on Tower Grove Place road. Please be respectful to the neighbors and please keep the noise down after 10 PM. Local cabs and Uber are readily available, so you can enjoy yourself at the area’s great bars, restaurants and a casino. Before leaving, please refer to the checkout checklist that has been messaged to you. Our standard check-out time is 10:00 AM, if additional time is needed please contact us for availability.
