This home has been renovated from head to toe with everything you might need to feel at home, not to mention all of the extra farm house touches that will have you falling in love with it. The home is conveniently located within a short distance of the shops and restaurants on main street, a 5 minute ride from the casino, and a 7 minute drive to the Hollywood Casino Amphitheater.

Good to know

The home was built in the 1920s, the home has been renovated and recently rejuvenated with new furniture and a Pac-Man machine. However, the structure still contains some things that you may not be used to such as rather steep stairs to get upstairs.

Please treat our home as if it were your own. No smoking of any kind, inside or out. No parties or gatherings of any kind at the home. Only those staying at the home can enter the home. Parking is available on the street, please be respectful to the neighbors. Please only park in front of the home and in front of the black home across the street. Try not to block any of the neighbors' spots. Our home is so close to so many great things to do in St. Charles, get out and enjoy them. If you decide to stay in, please be courteous to my neighbors and keep the volume down after 10 PM. If your pet is joining you, please keep them off the furniture as it is very difficult to clean the hair from the couch and bean bag chair. Our standard check-out time is 10:00 AM, if additional time is needed please contact us for availability.

Guest access

You will have access to the entire home and the only shared space is the backyard. We welcome cats and dogs. We just ask that they be kept off the furniture. The backyard is great area for them to play. Please let us know upon booking, there will be a small $50 per pet per stay. No more than 3 pets per stay.

Find us

I would recommend taking a uber to get around as everything is with a 5$-$10 uber. For those looking for a safe place to stay for the cardinals or blues game, we are only 24 minutes away.
