Good to know

The home is set on a quite street and is facing an industrial building. It has the living room, dining room, and kitchen all on the main floor with the two bedrooms and the bathroom on the second floor. The home has a split HVAC system which gives you complete control, allowing each room to set their own unique temperature. In the rear of the home you will find a small deck and yard for you to enjoy. Behind the small fenced yard is a seperate small home that we rent separate from this one.

Other Details to Note

This home is located facing an industrial building so the view is not the best but this does keep the area very quite and private. The location is excellent for accessing many of the best food and entertainment options that St. Louis has to offer!

Please treat my home as if it were your own. No smoking of any kind, inside or out. No parties or gatherings of any kind at the home. Only those staying at the home can enter the home. Parking is available in the driveway and in front of the home. Please do not park more than one car in front of the home. Our home is so close to so many great things to do in St. Louis, get out and enjoy them. If you decide to stay in, please be courteous to my neighbors and keep the volume down after 10 PM. If your pet is joining you, please keep them off the furniture as it is very difficult to clean the hair from the couch and bedding. Our standard check-out time is 10:00 AM, if additional time is needed please contact us for availability.

This home is set in an industrial neighborhood and the home faces a commercial building. While this isn't the prettiest view it does offer peace and quiet in the evenings which isn't always the easiest when you are located in such close proximity to so many exciting things to do in St. Louis.

Nice house available for extended stay, pet friendly. We had a good experience staying here for a few weeks. The hosts are easy to communicate with and the place is lovely.
